The invention provides a foundation pit prestress enclosure supporting structure and a construction method of a foundation pit. The foundation pit prestress enclosure supporting structure comprises enclosure piles and a connecting beam and further comprises a plurality of stress rows, the stress rows are distributed on the inner side of the connecting beam at intervals in the length direction of the connecting beam, and each stress row comprises a supporting beam and a plurality of supporting stress piles; and one end of each supporting beam is perpendicular to the connecting beam, the other end of each supporting beam is arranged towards the interior of the foundation pit in an overhanging mode, all the supporting stress piles of each stress row are used for supporting the corresponding supporting beam, and all the supporting stress piles apply acting force towards the interior of the foundation pit. By the adoption of the stress rows, under the condition that the deformation amount of the enclosure piles on the outer edge of the foundation pit is the same as that in the prior art, the number of the supporting stress piles and the number of the supporting beams are small, the length of the supporting beams is small, the material cost can be reduced, the construction task load can be reduced, and the construction difficulty is lower.
