The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure buildings, and provides a reinforced concrete beam and steel column connecting joint structure which at least comprises a steel column. The reinforced concrete beam is arranged on the side face of the steel column and provided with a plurality of layers of steel bars; one end of the bracket is inserted into the steel column, and the other end of the bracket extends into the reinforced concrete beam; one end of the first rib plate is connected with the steel column, the other end of the first rib plate extends to the reinforced concrete beam, and at least part of beam support surface ribs are welded to the surface of the first rib plate; one end of the second rib plate is connected with the steel column, the other end of the second rib plate extends to the reinforced concrete beam, and at least part of beam support bottom ribs are welded to the surface of the second rib plate. According to the connection node structure of the reinforced concrete beam and the steel column, the steel corbel is arranged, and force is transmitted through the steel corbel, so that the number of rib lapping plates can be optimized; and moreover, only part of the steel bars are welded with the first rib lapping plate (the second rib lapping plate), so that the construction speed can be increased, and meanwhile, the safety and reliability of the joint are improved.
