Steel plate shear wall component and manufacturing process thereof
The invention relates to the field of buildings, and discloses a manufacturing process of a steel plate shear wall component, which comprises the following steps: S1, blanking, S2, welding and correcting H-shaped steel, and S3, secondary assembling and correcting: welding an H-shaped steel column or a steel plate wall on a manufactured H-shaped steel beam to form a component; or welding a steel plate wall on the H-shaped steel column to form a component; or the H-shaped steel column, the H-shaped steel beam and the steel plate wall are mutually combined and welded to form a component; and correction is conducted after welding is completed. The invention further discloses a steel plate shear wall component which is manufactured through the manufacturing process and comprises the steel beam, the steel column and the steel plate wall which are fixedly connected with one another. Holes for water pipes and electric wires to pass through are formed in webs of the steel plate walls and the steel beams. The device is easy to assemble and has the advantages of being convenient to install, shortening the building period and reducing the human input cost; different welding modes are adopted for connection of different parts, so that stability, reliability and firmness of the component are guaranteed.
