The invention relates to a double-steel-plate concrete composite shear wall and a manufacturing method thereof.The double-steel-plate concrete composite shear wall comprises at least one shear wall unit, and each shear wall unit comprises a metal framework and an outer side prefabricated concrete body fixed to the periphery of the metal framework in a pouring mode; the metal framework comprises a front side metal plate and a rear side metal plate which are arranged in a front-back spaced mode, the distance between the front side metal plate and the rear side metal plate is positioned through a plurality of bolt lacing wire assemblies with the axes extending in the front-back direction, and the metal framework further comprises a left side metal pipe and a right side metal pipe which are arranged in a left-right spaced mode. The metal pipes are vertically arranged round pipes, and the left ends and the right ends of the front side metal plate and the rear side metal plate are welded and fixed to the corresponding metal pipes. The double-steel-plate concrete composite shear wall has high integrity, stability and strength, and meanwhile has the advantages of being high in structural strength, good in anti-seismic property, convenient and fast to construct, high in bending resistance in the horizontal direction and the like.
本发明涉及一种双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙及其制作方法,双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙包括至少一个剪力墙单元,剪力墙单元包括金属骨架和浇筑固定于金属骨架外围的外侧预制混凝土体,金属骨架包括前后间隔设置的前侧金属板和后侧金属板,前侧金属板、后侧金属板通过多个轴线沿前后方向延伸的螺栓拉筋组件定位其二者之间的间距,金属骨架还包括左右间隔布置的左侧金属管和右侧金属管,金属管为竖向设置的圆管,前侧金属板、后侧金属板的左右两端焊接固定于对应的金属管上。本发明中的双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙具有较高的整体性、稳定性和强度,同时具有结构强度高、抗震性能好、施工方便快捷、水平方向抗弯能力强等特点。
