Heat insulation color steel tile and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of color steel tiles, in particular to a heat-insulation color steel tile and a preparation method thereof. The structure comprises a color steel tile layer, an anti-corrosion layer and a waterproof layer are sequentially arranged inside the color steel tile layer, and an anti-corrosion layer, an aerogel felt layer and a radiation refrigeration layer are sequentially arranged outside the color steel tile layer; the radiation refrigeration layer at least comprises the following components: matrix resin, a functional additive, light-transmitting powder and a refrigeration functional material. The surface of the aerogel felt is coated with the radiation refrigeration layer, the radiation refrigeration function can be provided, the heat dissipation capacity of the surface of the aerogel felt is enhanced, and therefore the problem that due to continuous high temperature of the surface of the aerogel felt, a large amount of heat still penetrates into a room, and the indoor temperature is too high is solved; and the heat insulation effect is further enhanced by combining high reflection on a visible light-near infrared region.
本发明涉及彩钢瓦领域,尤其涉及一种隔热彩钢瓦及其制备方法。结构包括彩钢瓦层,所述彩钢瓦层的内部依次为防腐层和防水层,外部依次为防腐层、气凝胶毡层、辐射制冷层;所述辐射制冷层至少包括以下成分:基体树脂、功能助剂、透光粉以及制冷功能材料。本申请中辐射制冷层对气凝胶毡进行表面涂敷,可以提供辐射制冷的功能,加强气凝胶毡表面散热能力,从而解决气凝胶毡表面持续高温导致仍然存在大量热量透过进入室内,造成室内温度偏高的问题,结合对可见光‑近红外区域的高反射进一步增强隔热效果。
