The invention provides a method for 3D printing of a large-span structure and a printing structure thereof.The method comprises the steps of model establishment, specifically, a large-span concrete member digital model is established, and a space curved surface model is obtained; obtaining a force flow curve and converting the force flow curve into a structure space truss model with thickness and height; setting a given roof printing thickness for the space curved surface model to obtain a roof skin model, and integrating the roof skin model with the structure space truss model to form a composite overall structure model; a 3D printing step: extracting a structure space truss model and a roof skin model; concrete is adopted for conducting 3D printing on the outline of the net rack, and UHPC is poured in the outline of the net rack to obtain the net rack; and the roof skin model is subjected to 3D printing through concrete, and the roof is obtained. According to the method, the main structure contour is subjected to 3D printing, and then the ultra-high-performance concrete is poured in the structure, so that the problem that the printable performance of the ultra-high-performance concrete is relatively weak is solved. And meanwhile, the material consumption and the structural dead weight of the large-span concrete structure are also reduced.
本发明提供了一种3D打印大跨度结构的方法及其打印结构,包括模型创建步骤:建立大跨度混凝土构件数字模型,并得到空间曲面模型;获取力流曲线并转化为具有厚度与高度的结构空间网架模型;对空间曲面模型设置给定的屋面打印厚度,获得屋面表皮模型,与结构空间网架模型整合形成复合整体结构模型;3D打印步骤:提取结构空间网架模型和屋面表皮模型;采用混凝土进行网架轮廓的3D打印,在网架轮廓中浇筑UHPC获得网架;采用混凝土对屋面表皮模型进行3D打印获得屋面。本发明通过3D打印主要结构轮廓,然后在结构中浇筑超高性能混凝土的方式,解决了超高性能混凝土可打印性能较弱的问题。同时也降低了大跨度混凝土结构的材料用量和结构自重。
