The invention discloses an assembly type component positioning and fine adjusting device and a construction method thereof, and the device comprises a foundation embedded nut which is embedded in a vertical adjusting hole reserved in the top of a lower layer foundation component during use; the bearing surface of the universal ball bull eye bearing faces upwards, and the lower end of the universal ball bull eye bearing is provided with a bottom screw which is in threaded connection with the foundation embedded nut; and the component pre-embedded plate is pre-embedded at the bottom of an upper-layer connecting component during use, and the component pre-embedded plate can be in rolling friction on the bearing surface of the universal ball bull eye bearing. The bottom screw of the universal bull eye bearing is matched with the foundation embedded nut, and the elevation of the prefabricated part is rotationally controlled. And aiming at heavy prefabricated parts, the bearing capacity is increased by adopting a row universal bull eye bearing. The traditional sliding friction of the contact surface of the prefabricated part is changed into rolling friction, the positioning of the prefabricated part can be easily adjusted because the friction force is reduced, and the precise fine adjustment of the positioning of the part is realized.
本发明公开一种装配式构件定位与微调装置及其施工方法,装置包括:基础预埋螺母,使用时预埋于下层基础构件顶部预留的竖向调节孔中;万向球牛眼轴承,轴承面朝上,下端设有与所述基础预埋螺母螺纹连接的底部螺杆;构件预埋板,使用时预埋于上层连接构件底部,所述构件预埋板可滚动摩擦于所述万向球牛眼轴承的轴承面上。本发明利用万向牛眼轴承的底部螺杆与基础预埋螺母配合,旋转控制预制构件标高。针对重型预制构件,采用联排万向牛眼轴承增加承载力。预制构件接触面由传统的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,因为摩擦力变小可轻松调整预制构件定位,实现构件定位的精密微调整。
