Fabricated building component guiding and positioning device and using method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated buildings, in particular to a fabricated building component guiding and positioning device and a using method thereof. The device comprises a first guide cylinder, a second guide cylinder, a first positioning plug, a second positioning plug and a telescopic mechanism, each of the first guide cylinder and the second guide cylinder is formed by clamping a fixed half cylinder and a movable half cylinder in a magnetic attraction mode, the fixed half cylinders and the movable half cylinders are symmetrically distributed in the axial direction of the first guide cylinder or the second guide cylinder, and the two fixed half cylinders are connected through the telescopic mechanism; clamping pieces are arranged on the side wall of the first positioning plug and the side wall of the second positioning plug, clamping holes matched with the clamping pieces are formed in the movable half cylinder, and the first positioning plug and the second positioning plug are installed in the first guide cylinder or the second guide cylinder in a limited mode through the clamping pieces. After limiting installation, the upper ends of the first positioning plug and the second positioning plug extend out of the first guide cylinder or the second guide cylinder; the telescoping mechanism can be detachably connected to the lower end face of the upper member through a fastener. The mounting efficiency of the fabricated building is improved.
