The invention provides a safe construction method for overall lifting of a roof of a steel structure industrial factory building, which comprises the following steps of: S1, longitudinally arranging on a supporting column of an original steel structure along a span in a full-length manner, mounting a traveling guide rail on the top of the column between every two truss distances, and butting and fixing to form a whole traveling track; s2, a traveling crane end beam of a proper specification is installed on the traveling crane guide rail; material transportation points are arranged at the two ends of the span of the steel structure industrial factory building, and newly-added steel columns needed for overall lifting of the roof are carried, translated and transported to the designated position to be installed through traveling crane end beams; and S3, the newly-added steel column is fixedly connected with the supporting column. The original factory building structure is used for construction of the steel structure industrial factory building roof lifting project, the influence on the lower portion of the factory building in the construction process is small, synchronous operation with factory building production can be met, and the problems that the factory building structure performance is poor and the use space in the factory building is insufficient are solved.
本发明提供了一种钢结构工业厂房屋顶整体抬升安全施工方法,其步骤如下:S1:在原钢结构的支承柱上沿着跨度纵向通长布置、每个榀距之间的柱顶上安装行车导轨,并对接固定,形成整个行车轨道;S2:在所述行车导轨上安装合适规格的行车端梁;并在钢结构工业厂房跨度的两端设置材料运输点,对屋顶整体抬升所需使用到的新增钢柱将通过行车端梁运载、平移运送到指定位置进行安装;S3:将所述新增钢柱与所述支承柱连接固定。本发明通过对钢结构工业厂房屋顶抬升工程利用原厂房结构进行施工,施工过程中对厂房下方的影响小,可满足与厂房生产同步进行,解决了厂房结构性能差及厂房内部使用空间不足的问题。
