The invention provides a multi-folding radiation protection door which is used for a particle accelerator treatment device and comprises a radiation protection door plate, a supporting and connecting mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a safety interlocking device. The radiation protection door plate is arranged in an accelerator area of the particle accelerator treatment device, the radiation protection door plate is a multi-folding door plate composed of a plurality of sub-plates, and the adjacent sub-plates are rotationally connected through a supporting and connecting mechanism; transmission mechanisms are arranged at the upper end and the lower end, close to the side edge of the accelerator area open type shielding wall body, of the radiation protection door plate and used for driving the multiple sub-plates to rotate around the supporting and connecting mechanism, so that the multiple sub-plates are overlapped or unfolded, and the radiation protection door plate is opened or closed. And the safety interlocking device is used for realizing interlocking protection of the particle accelerator treatment device and controlling a user to get in and out of a radiation area of the particle accelerator treatment device. The multi-folding radiation protection door is wider in application range and higher in safety.
