The method comprises the following steps that S1, a password is set, after an organic thin film is prepared, a prepared organic thin film secret key is inserted into a secret key slot, an adding administrator inserts the organic thin film secret key into the secret key slot, and the password is set; the spectrograph automatically tests absorption and reflection spectrums of the organic thin film secret key, then an administrator name is input and then selected to be stored, and the system obtains the administrator name and spectral information of the secret key corresponding to an administrator. S2, unlocking: directly inserting the secret key into a secret key slot, detecting the insertion of the secret key by a spectrograph, automatically testing the absorption and reflection spectrums of the secret key to obtain the absorption and reflection spectrums of the secret key, comparing the spectrums of the secret key with the spectrums of an administrator by a microprocessor, and selecting to open the door or reject to open the door by a lock cylinder of the door lock according to the verification result of the spectrum secret key.
