The invention discloses an industrial solid waste-based iron tailing pavement base material and an application method thereof. The industrial solid waste-based iron tailing pavement base material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35-60% of iron tailings, 10-20% of iron tailing coarse sand, 5-16% of cement, 0-7% of steel slag, 0-10% of superfine slag powder and 15-25% of water. The subbase layer is firstly wetted by watering, then the pavement base layer material is transported to the top layer of the roadbed and is paved, a large-tonnage double-steel-wheel road roller, a vibratory road roller and a rubber-wheel road roller are combined for rolling, and the compaction degree is ensured to reach more than 98%. A large amount of iron tailings can be consumed, environmental problems and potential safety hazards caused by tailing pond stockpiling can be reduced, the problem of tension contradiction of traditional road engineering materials can be relieved, and better mechanical strength and compressive strength are achieved; and the standard value of the unconfined compressive strength of the cement stabilizing material specified in Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Pavement Base (JTG/F20-2015) is met.
本发明公开了一种工业固废基铁尾砂路面基层材料及其应用方法,各组份质量百分含量为:铁尾砂35~60%,铁尾粗砂10~20%,水泥5~16%,钢渣0~7%,矿渣微粉0~10%,水15~25%。先将底基层洒水湿润,随后将路面基层材料运输至路基顶层,并进行摊铺,采用大吨位双钢轮压路机、振动压路机和胶轮压路机进行组合碾压,保证压实度达到98%以上。本发明不但可以消耗大量铁尾砂,减少尾矿库堆存带来的环境问题和安全隐患,而且可以缓解传统道路工程材料紧张矛盾的难题,具有更优的力学强度抗压强度,符合《公路路面基层施工技术细则》(JTG/F20—2015)规定的水泥稳定材料无侧限抗压强度标准值。
