The roadbed filling method comprises the following steps: acquiring application and design speed requirement conditions in road engineering corresponding to a roadbed to be filled; and roadbed filler is used for filling. According to the roadbed filler based on the construction waste, the construction waste can be well utilized, and a roadbed made of the roadbed filler based on the construction waste can meet the requirements for water seepage, water insulation and roadbed bearing capacity.
