Bauxite mill tailing composite roadbed filler and roadbed construction method thereof
The invention discloses a bauxite mill tailing composite roadbed filler which is prepared from bauxite mill tailings, a consolidation material and roadbed soil according to the mass percent of (5-50%): (2-10%): (40-93%). The construction method of the bauxite mill tailings composite roadbed comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the bauxite mill tailings and the consolidation material in proportion to obtain a mixture which is uniform in color and free of agglomerated particles for later use; the mixture, roadbed soil and a proper amount of water are mixed into a composite roadbed filler with the water content 1%-2% higher than the optimal water content, wherein the particle size of soil particles in the roadbed soil is smaller than 5 cm; paving is conducted through a land leveler, subgrade filler is laid loosely, and the thickness of each layer of subgrade filler laid loosely is smaller than or equal to 30 cm; and after laying is completed, it is detected that the roadbed compactness is larger than or equal to 93%, and construction of the bauxite mill tailing composite roadbed is completed. A large amount of bauxite mill tailings are doped into the roadbed filler, the utilization rate of industrial solid waste, namely the bauxite mill tailings, is greatly increased, and the method has better economical efficiency and environmental protection performance when being used for constructing the roadbed.
本发明公开了一种铝土矿选矿尾矿复合路基填料,是由铝土矿选矿尾矿、固结材料和路基土按质量百分比5~50%:2~10%:40~93%配制而成。本发明铝土矿选矿尾矿复合路基的施工方法为:将铝土矿选矿尾矿和固结材料按比例混合均匀,得到颜色均一,无团聚颗粒的混合料备用;将混合料、路基土与适量水拌和成含水率高于最佳含水率1%~2%的复合路基填料,其中路基土中土颗粒的粒径<5cm;采用平地机摊铺,路基填料松铺,每层路基填料松铺的厚度≤30cm;铺设完毕,检测路基压实度≥93%,完成铝土矿选矿尾矿复合路基的施工。本发明在路基填料中掺入了大量的铝土矿选矿尾矿,极大的提高了工业固废‑‑铝土矿选矿尾矿的利用率,采用本发明方法施工道路路基,具有更好的经济性和环保性。
