According to the special high-damping rubber material and the preparation method and application thereof, the special high-damping rubber material provided by the invention has the advantages of simple formula components, few raw material types and easiness in processing and implementation, and the obtained rubber material can well give consideration to relatively high shear modulus and equivalent damping ratio. The rubber material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 70 parts of natural rubber, 30 to 70 parts of butyl rubber, 30 to 60 parts of carbon black, 10 to 15 parts of petroleum resin, 5 to 20 parts of naphthenic oil, 1 to 5 parts of stearic acid, 5 to 15 parts of zinc oxide, 0.8 to 2 parts of sulfur, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of accelerant and 20 to 80 parts of PF-81 damping agent.
本发明提供一种特种高阻尼橡胶材料及其制备方法和应用，本发明所提供的特种高阻尼橡胶材料具有配方成分简单，原料种类少，容易加工实施，且所得橡胶材料能够良好的兼顾较高的剪切模量和等效阻尼比。所述橡胶材料包括如下重量份的各组分：天然橡胶30～70份，丁基橡胶30～70份、炭黑30～60份、石油树脂10～15份、环烷油5～20份，硬脂酸1～5份、氧化锌5～15份、硫磺0.8～2份，促进剂0.5～1.5份，PF‑81阻尼剂20～80份。
