The invention relates to a beam falling prevention device which is used for preventing a main beam from falling and has an initial state and a working state, the beam falling prevention device comprises a base, a reset assembly and an energy consumption assembly located in the reset assembly, the energy consumption assembly comprises a first plate body and a plurality of metal pipes arranged on the first plate body in an array mode, and the first plate body is fixed to the base; the reset assembly comprises a second plate body, an elastic piece and a third plate body movably arranged on the second plate body, the second plate body is fixed to the base, the elastic piece is arranged on the second plate body, the third plate body is located on the outer side of the main beam in the initial state, gaps exist between the third plate body and the main beam and between the third plate body and the metal pipe, and the third plate body abuts against the elastic piece in the working state. The metal pipe is extruded; according to the beam falling prevention device, when an earthquake occurs, the metal pipe dissipates external force through self deformation, the third plate body can play a role in blocking deformation of the main beam, the beam falling phenomenon of the main beam is prevented, and partial displacement of the main beam is recovered after the earthquake.
本发明涉及一种防落梁装置,用于防止主梁下落,其具有初始状态与工作状态,防落梁装置包括底座、复位组件以及位于复位组件内的耗能组件,其中:耗能组件包括第一板体及阵列设置于第一板体上的多个金属管,第一板体固定于底座上;复位组件包括第二板体、弹性件及可移动地设置于第二板体上的第三板体,第二板体固定于底座上,弹性件设置于第二板体上,第三板体在初始状态下位于主梁外侧,且与主梁、金属管之间均存在间隙,第三板体在工作状态下抵接于弹性件,且挤压金属管;本发明提供的防落梁装置,当地震发生时,金属管通过自身形变来耗散外力,并且第三板体可对主梁的变形起到阻挡作用,防止主梁发生落梁现象,并在地震后恢复主梁的部分位移。
