Rapid dismantling method for wide concrete continuous beam bridge in limited space
The invention discloses a method for quickly dismantling a wide concrete continuous beam bridge in a limited space, which comprises the following steps of: firstly dismantling a bridge, namely, taking each joint of the bridge as a unit, decomposing the bridge into a plurality of single-span beam blocks from one side of a bridge expansion joint to the other side, supporting the single-span beam blocks by adopting an SPMT (Solid Phase Management Technology) supporting system, sequentially cutting and separating the bridge and a bridge pier in sections, and carrying the beam blocks; and then the bridge pier is dismantled, namely, the connecting position and the root of the bridge pier are cut, and the cut bridge pier is pushed down and pulled to one side and is transported away after being crushed in situ. The dismantling method is a rapid dismantling method for a wide concrete beam bridge located beside a high-voltage line or a complex building and other limited space conditions, through the bridge in-situ span-by-span static cutting technology and in combination with an SPMT supporting system suitable for different supporting heights, rapid dismantling of the whole bridge can be achieved, and the construction efficiency is improved. The problem that in existing construction, the construction space under a high-voltage line is limited, and large crane equipment cannot be applied is effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种受限空间下宽幅混凝土连续梁桥快速拆除方法,先桥梁拆除,即以桥梁每联为一个单元,从桥梁伸缩缝一侧向另一侧分解为多个单跨梁块,采用SPMT支撑系统支撑,再依次分段切割并分离桥梁和桥墩,驮运梁块;再桥墩拆除,即对桥墩连接处及根部进行切割,并将切割后的桥墩推倒拉至一侧,原地破碎后运走。该拆除方法是针对位于高压线或复杂建筑旁等受限空间条件下宽幅混凝土梁桥的快速拆除方法,通过桥梁原位逐跨静力切割技术,结合能够使用适于不同支撑高度的SPMT支撑系统,进而能够实现整座桥梁的快速拆除,有效解决了现有施工中高压线下施工空间受限、大型吊车设备无法应用等极不利情况下的宽幅混凝土连续梁桥快速拆除的难题。
