A multifunctional pile foundation structure is characterized in that in a pile group structure of prestressed pipe piles with the pile diameter of 300-1000 mm, the pile foundation periphery and the pile distance are 8-30 m, the length of a water seepage prestressed pipe pile is 2-6 m larger than that of other pipe piles, water seepage holes with the hole diameter of 10-20 mm are formed along a pile body, and percolation cloth is attached to the outer sides of the water seepage holes; the pile ends of the water seepage prestressed pipe piles are sealed and welded through steel plates or provided with pile tips, and the ratio of the number of the water seepage prestressed pipe piles to the number of the conventional prestressed pipe piles is 1: 4-15. Compared with an existing pile foundation, the pile foundation not only has the bearing function of a common pile foundation, but also has the advantages that sludge with low foundation bearing capacity is drained and consolidated into mucky clay with high foundation bearing capacity and low water content, the foundation bearing capacity and pile side friction resistance are improved, the use amount of the pile foundation is reduced, and carbon emission is reduced.
