According to the prestress equal-force tensioning method, tensioning acting force is applied to each anchor cable beam achieving equal-force tensioning through the independent oil cylinder of the anchor cable beam, so that the equal-force tensioning effect among the multiple steel strands of the whole anchor cable is achieved, and the tensioning force is equal to prestress. According to the prestress equal-force tensioning method, a jack c at the rear end of the equal-force tensioning device is used for carrying out equal-force tensioning on the steel strand, and after the steel strand is tensioned to a set value, a jacking structure at the front end of the equal-force tensioning device jacks a clamping piece so as to lock the steel strand; comprising the following steps: 1) mounting; 1.1, an equal-force tensioning device, an anchor cable and a clamping piece are installed; 1.2, an oil pump and an oil way are installed; 2, tensioning is conducted; 2.1, tension parameters are set; 2.2, tensioning is carried out; 3, jacking and pressing; and 4, unloading.
