The invention discloses a pile foundation guide pipe fixing system and method, and relates to the technical field of pile foundation construction, on one hand, the system comprises two cross beams arranged in a spaced mode and a clamping plate placed on the two cross beams, the clamping plate is provided with two oppositely-arranged hanging supporting parts, and the two hanging supporting parts are used for hanging a pile foundation guide pipe. On the other hand, the method comprises the steps that the two cross beams are placed on the two sides of a guide pipe lowering opening of the operation platform correspondingly; the pile foundation guide pipe is hoisted to the installation height, a clamping plate with the distance between two suspension supporting parts larger than the diameter of the corresponding pile foundation guide pipe and smaller than the maximum width of the corresponding pile foundation guide pipe hoop is selected and placed on the two cross beams, and the pile foundation guide pipe is suspended by the two oppositely-arranged suspension supporting parts of the clamping plate; after the next section of pile foundation guide pipe is jointed with the suspended pile foundation guide pipe, the clamping plate is withdrawn; and the steps are repeated until the total length of the pile foundation guide pipe reaches the preset length.
