Rapid treatment method for slurry of cast-in-situ bored pile
The invention discloses a cast-in-situ bored pile slurry rapid treatment method which comprises the following steps: firstly, adding a chemical flocculant into drilling slurry according to a ratio, stirring for reaction, and standing for precipitation to realize rapid separation of slurry water and slurry precipitates; then, the drilling mud sediment is taken and mixed with quick lime according to the mass proportion, rapid drying of the mud sediment is achieved, and high-dosage lime stabilized soil is prepared; secondly, uniformly mixing the high-mixing-amount lime stabilized soil with clay according to the proportion to prepare lime stabilized soil with a common mixing amount; and finally, according to a construction rolling technology of the lime stabilized soil, using the lime stabilized soil with a general mixing amount as a road subgrade filling material. According to the scheme, the waste slurry generated in the construction process of the cast-in-situ bored pile can be rapidly treated, the lime stabilized soil is prepared to be used as a roadbed filling material in road construction, and rapid treatment and recycling of the slurry of the cast-in-situ bored pile are achieved.
