Foundation pit vertical inclined strut component and construction method thereof
The invention provides a foundation pit vertical inclined strut component and a construction method thereof. The foundation pit vertical inclined strut component comprises a fender post structure, a single-pile bearing platform structure and H-shaped steel erected between the fender post structure and the single-pile bearing platform structure. The fender post structure comprises fender posts and top beams fixed to the tops of the fender posts. The single-pile bearing platform structure comprises an H-shaped steel pile and a single-pile bearing platform fixed to the top of the H-shaped steel pile. One end of the H-shaped steel is fixed with the crown beam, and the other end is fixed with the single-pile bearing platform. A single-pile bearing platform structure is arranged at the bottom of a foundation pit to replace a foundation bottom plate poured for the first time in the prior art to serve as a part of a diagonal bracing foundation, so that the number of steel bar binding and pouring times of the foundation bottom plate of a main body structure is reduced to one time from original two times, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the construction progress is improved; in addition, a foundation slab poured for the first time does not exist in the foundation pit, so that the excavation difficulty of the remaining pit edge earthwork under the inclined throwing support is reduced, the complexity of the whole construction process is reduced, and the method can be suitable for various projects.
本发明提供了一种基坑竖向斜撑构件及其施工方法,所述基坑竖向斜撑构件包括:围护桩结构、单桩承台结构及架设于其两者之间的H型钢;围护桩结构包括:围护桩和固定在围护桩的顶部的冠梁;单桩承台结构包括H型钢桩和固定在H型钢桩顶部的单桩承台;H型钢的一端与冠梁固定,另一端与单桩承台固定。通过在基坑底部设置单桩承台结构替换现有技术中首次浇筑的基础底板作为斜撑基础的一部分,使得主体结构的基础底板的钢筋绑扎和浇筑次数由原来的两次缩短为一次,大大缩短了工期,提高了施工进度;此外,因基坑内不存在首次浇筑的基础底板,因此斜抛撑下剩余坑边土方的开挖难度降低,整个施工工艺复杂度降低,可适用于多类项目。
