The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering construction, and discloses a deep sea widened bearing platform cofferdam secondary bottom sealing construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, collecting soil of a riverbed through equipment for analysis, and determining the depth of a sheet pile to be driven so as to meet the overall load; secondly, a plurality of guide columns are driven into a riverbed around the old pile foundation through equipment, so that a cofferdam is formed; thirdly, a plurality of sheet piles are driven into the riverbed in the mode that the two sides are diagonally opposite through equipment, the sheet piles are located on the inner sides of the guide columns and make contact with the guide columns, and then the sheet piles are gradually supplemented to the periphery and closed to form an external cofferdam with the guide columns; and fourthly, after the external cofferdam is built, water in the external cofferdam is pumped through equipment. The method has the advantages that secondary cofferdam bottom sealing can be conducted on the old bearing platform, the old bearing platform can be reinforced and maintained conveniently, the overall strength and waterproof performance of the bearing platform are improved, and therefore the service life of the bearing platform can be prolonged.
