The prefabricated pipe pile and the horizontal bearing platform structure are mutually anchored through a core grouting connecting system; according to the device, the bearing platform plate foundation and the pile group foundation jointly bear vertical loads and horizontal loads, the bearing capacity of the foundations can be effectively improved, the site construction difficulty is low, the total amount of foundation engineering is low, the bearing capacity is high, and the application range is wide.
