The invention relates to a prefabricated municipal pipe gallery. The anchoring devices are arranged at the splicing parts of the two adjacent prefabricated sections; the sealing assembly comprises a sealing ring plate and a clamping ring plate which are made of elastic materials, the sealing ring plate comprises a fixing part, a deformation part and a clamping part which are distributed in the direction of the central axis, the fixing part is preset at one end of each prefabricated section, and the deformation part is used for sealing a gap between every two adjacent prefabricated sections and is clamped between every two adjacent prefabricated sections; the clamping ring plate is pre-arranged on the end face of the prefabricated section spliced by the prefabricated sections where the fixing parts are located, clamping ring grooves facing the openings of the adjacent prefabricated sections are formed in the clamping ring plate, the clamping parts are integrally inserted into the clamping ring grooves, and the prefabricated sections are provided with control pieces used for enabling the clamping ring plate to clamp the clamping parts. The influence of geological sedimentation on the sealing stability of the prefabricated municipal pipe gallery can be effectively reduced.
