Water-encountering self-tightening underground masonry wall through crack treatment device and method
The invention discloses a device and method for treating through cracks of an underground masonry wall capable of being automatically pre-tightened when encountering water. The treatment device comprises glass fiber ribs, a thin-wall steel pipe and a rubber water stop strip. The thin-wall steel pipe is embedded in a through crack of a wall body, the glass fiber ribs are adsorbed to the surfaces of the two sides of the wall body respectively and spirally wound at the two ends of the thin-wall steel pipe, and the rubber water stop strip is arranged in the thin-wall steel pipe in the axial direction. A narrow slit and a small hole are formed in the thin-wall steel pipe, the rubber water stop strip absorbs water to expand through the narrow slit and the small hole, the thin-wall steel pipe expands along the opening of the side wall, and the glass fiber rib generates pre-tightening force. The method is applied to wet underground masonry cultural relic buildings, mortar joints can be reinforced so as to improve the overall bearing capacity of a masonry structure, the masonry structure can be expanded in a self-adaptive mode when meeting water, the thin-wall steel pipes with the side joints are freely opened, stretched and pre-tightened glass fiber ribs, and development of cracks is effectively controlled.
本发明公开了一种遇水自预紧的地下砖石墙贯通裂缝处理装置和方法,处理装置包括玻璃纤维筋、薄壁钢管、橡胶止水条;薄壁钢管嵌设在墙体贯通裂缝内,玻璃纤维筋分别吸附在墙体两侧表面,并螺旋缠绕在薄壁钢管的两端,薄壁钢管内部沿轴向放置橡胶止水条;薄壁钢管上开设有窄缝和小孔,橡胶止水条通过窄缝和小孔吸水膨胀,使薄壁钢管沿侧壁开口处扩张,玻璃纤维筋产生预紧力。本发明应用于潮湿的地下砖石类文物建筑,不仅能加固灰缝从而提高砌体结构整体承载力,更能自适应地遇水膨胀,通过开侧缝的薄壁钢管自由张开拉伸预紧玻璃纤维筋,有效地控制裂缝的开展。
