Fabricated prefabricated hollow column shear connection structure and construction method thereof
The assembly type prefabricated hollow column shear-resistant connecting structure comprises an upper prefabricated column and a lower prefabricated column which are matched with each other, the upper prefabricated column comprises an upper hollow core column body and an upper reinforcement cage embedded in the upper hollow core column body, and a plurality of grouting sleeves are further embedded in the lower end of the upper hollow core column body; the lower prefabricated column comprises a lower hollow column main body and a lower reinforcement cage embedded in the lower hollow column main body; the upper end of the lower reinforcement cage extends out of the upper surface of the lower hollow column main body and can be inserted into the lower end of the corresponding grouting sleeve to connect the upper prefabricated column and the lower prefabricated column; the upper end of the lower prefabricated column is further provided with a steel bar rib anti-shearing piece, and the steel bar rib anti-shearing piece comprises a steel sleeve and a spiral steel bar wound on the periphery of the steel sleeve. According to the connecting structure, the longitudinal steel bars are connected through the pre-buried grouting sleeves, the axial stress of the steel bars is transmitted, meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the upper prefabricated column and the lower prefabricated column cannot twist, and the shear resistance is provided by adding the steel bar rib shear-resistant pieces.
本发明公开了一种装配式预制空芯柱抗剪连接结构,包括相互配合的上预制柱和下预制柱,其中,上预制柱包括上空芯柱主体以及嵌入在上空芯柱主体内部的上钢筋笼,上空芯柱主体的下端还预埋有多个灌浆套筒;下预制柱包括下空芯柱主体以及嵌入在下空芯柱主体内部的下钢筋笼,下钢筋笼的上端从下空芯柱主体的上表面伸出并且能够插入对应的灌浆套筒下端以连接上预制柱和下预制柱;下预制柱的上端还设置有钢筋肋抗剪件,钢筋肋抗剪件包括钢套筒以及缠绕在钢套筒外周的螺旋钢筋。本发明的连接结构通过预埋灌浆套筒来连接纵向钢筋,传递钢筋轴向应力,同时还保证上、下预制柱不会发生扭动,并且钢筋肋抗剪件的加入提供了抗剪能力。
