The construction method of the fabricated concrete prefabricated column comprises the steps that longitudinal bars are arranged, and spiral stirrups are bound or welded outside the longitudinal bars to form a reinforcement cage; the reinforcement cage is sleeved with hoop plates, and the reinforcement cage and the hoop plates are connected; formwork erecting and concrete pouring are conducted to form the prefabricated column; an upper prefabricated column body of the prefabricated column is hoisted to the position over a lower prefabricated column body of the prefabricated column; and the hoop plates of the upper prefabricated column body and the hoop plates of the lower prefabricated column body are welded and connected. The reinforcement cage formed by welding the longitudinal bars and the spiral stirrups serves as a framework of the prefabricated column, and the axial bearing capacity, the bending resistance bearing capacity and the shearing resistance bearing capacity of the prefabricated column are effectively guaranteed; and the prefabricated column can be prefabricated and produced in a factory and other places, only hoisting butt joint and welding connection of the upper prefabricated column body and the lower prefabricated column body are conducted on a construction site, the number of procedures is small, the construction difficulty is low, and the construction efficiency is high.
