The method comprises the following steps that S1, the center point of a chimney cylinder body foundation is determined; s2, determining and checking the central position of the chimney cylinder body; s3, centering inspection and positioning are conducted on the chimney cylinder body reinforcing steel bars and the outer formwork; and S4, deviation correction is conducted, specifically, the center deviation direction is determined according to the measurement result of the bottom of the chimney cylinder body, the number of times of lifting is increased for 5-10 hydraulic jacks in the center deviation direction, meanwhile, needle valves of other hydraulic jacks are closed, and one side of the operation platform is raised intentionally to correct the center. The operation platform is visual, clear and simple, and it is proved that the whole operation platform is parallel to the ground and does not deviate all around as long as it is observed that the relative positions of reference objects of the center of the plumb bob and the center of the bottom of the chimney coincide at any time in the lifting process and after the plumb bob is jacked in place.
