Offshore wind power single pile perpendicularity deviation rectifying device and deviation rectifying method thereof
The invention provides an offshore wind power single pile perpendicularity deviation rectifying device and method, and the device comprises four groups of jacking and pressing parts which are installed on a pile stabilizing platform; the four sets of jacking and pressing components are evenly arranged in the circumferential direction of the offshore wind power single pile. The jacking head in each jacking component can apply jacking force to the side face of the offshore wind power single pile. The underwater sand washing tool piece is suspended above the pile stabilizing platform, the underwater sand washing tool piece comprises a tool support and at least three supporting pipes, all the supporting pipes are arranged on the tool support, and each supporting pipe is vertically arranged; the lower end of each supporting pipe is connected with an output pipe; the upper end of each supporting pipe is connected with an input pipe; and the pump body is connected with all the input pipes. According to the perpendicularity correction device for the offshore wind power single pile, only an original pile body needs to be adjusted, pile pulling, pile abandoning and pile sinking operation does not need to be conducted, cost is greatly saved, the construction period is shortened, construction flexibility is high, the construction difficulty can be lowered, and risks are reduced.
本发明提供一种海上风电单桩垂直度纠偏装置及其纠偏方法,包括:四组顶压部件,安装于稳桩平台上;沿着海上风电单桩的周向,四组顶压部件均匀布置;每组顶压部件中的顶压头可对海上风电单桩的侧面施加顶推力;水下冲砂工装件,悬吊于稳桩平台的上方,水下冲砂工装件包括:工装支架和至少三个支撑管,所有的支撑管均设置在工装支架上,每个支撑管为竖向设置;每个支撑管的下端连接一输出管;每个支撑管的上端连接一输入管;泵体与所有的输入管连接。本发明的海上风电单桩垂直度纠偏装置仅需对原有桩体进行调整,无需进行拔桩、弃桩、重新沉桩作业,将大大节约成本、缩短建设工期,且施工灵活性较高,能够降低施工难度,减少风险。
