The photovoltaic power generation system is used for absorbing solar energy and converting the solar energy into electric energy to supply power to the double-layer electrothermal film floor radiant heating system; the double-layer electrothermal film floor radiant heating system is used for transmitting heat energy outwards in the forms of far infrared radiation and convection and increasing the indoor temperature. Solar energy is used for power generation, the double-layer electric heating film serves as a heating body, the pebble layer serves as a heat storage body, the shallow-layer electric heating film is rapidly heated to meet the indoor daytime heating requirement, the deep-layer electric heating film intermittently generates heat, and the pebble layer is used for storing heat to meet the indoor night heating requirement.
