The invention relates to the technical field of water transportation engineering, and particularly discloses a water attack protection device, system and method for a drainage gallery beside a ship lock. The water attack protection device comprises a water storage cavity, a connecting pipe is arranged at the bottom of the water storage cavity, one end of the connecting pipe communicates with the water storage cavity, and the other end of the connecting pipe communicates with the water storage cavity; the other end of the connecting pipe is used for being communicated with a drainage gallery; the adjustable energy dissipation mechanism is arranged in the water storage cavity, so that when the water body in the water storage cavity flows to the drainage gallery, the water body in the water storage cavity quickly flows to the drainage gallery by adjusting the energy dissipation mechanism; and when the water body in the drainage gallery flows to the water storage cavity, the water flow resistance is increased, and the flow path of the water body in the drainage gallery entering the water storage cavity is prolonged. The water attack protection device can reflect water attack waves, reduce water attack negative pressure behind the sluice gate, rapidly attenuate water flow which reciprocates in the sluice gallery, ensure structural safety and guarantee navigation efficiency of the ship lock.
