The invention relates to a construction measurement method for mounting a large prefabricated abutment on the sea, a low abutment sequentially comprises a bearing platform, a lower-section pier body, an upper-section pier body and a cover beam from bottom to top, a high abutment sequentially comprises a bearing platform, a lower-section pier body, a middle-section pier body, an upper-section pier body and a cover beam from bottom to top, and the construction measurement method comprises the following steps: detecting a prefabricated abutment finished product; measuring control point positions are marked on prefabricated abutments; the perpendicularity of the prefabricated abutment is controlled; performing deviation control on the prefabricated abutment; mounting an inclination sensor; and accurately adjusting, positioning and controlling measurement. According to the control method, measurement is controlled through repeated measurement, hoisting pre-positioning and accurate positioning of the prefabricated abutment finished product, the plane position, the elevation and the perpendicularity of the prefabricated abutment after installation meet the design and specification requirements, and the control method can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
