The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical control, in particular to a loading control method, device and equipment, a storage medium and an engineering vehicle. The method comprises the steps that loading work information of the engineering vehicle is obtained, whole vehicle traveling information of the engineering vehicle is obtained, the loading work information is information generated when loading equipment of the engineering vehicle works, and the whole vehicle traveling information is information generated when the whole vehicle of the engineering vehicle travels; on the basis of the loading work information or the whole vehicle driving information, loading control information of a loading motor is generated, the loading motor drives a multi-linkage gear pump to work when running, and the multi-linkage gear pump is used for driving loading equipment to run; and transmitting the loading control information to a loading motor. The method is used for overcoming the defects of energy waste and low working efficiency of an engineering vehicle caused by single control strategy of an upper motor in the prior art.
