Aerogel thermal insulation gypsum material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses thermal insulation gypsum as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The thermal insulation gypsum comprises aerogel and gypsum, the aerogel comprises hydrophilic modified aerogel and hydrophobic aerogel. After the hydrophilic modified aerogel particles are added, the hydrophilic modified aerogel particles are more easily mixed with gypsum slurry, and compared with untreated hydrophobic aerogel particles, the hydrophilic aerogel particles have better thermal insulation performance. Meanwhile, a vacuum mixing mode is adopted during preparation, so that the problems of aerogel splashing and difficulty in mixing are solved.
本发明公开了一种保温石膏及其制备方法和应用。本发明的保温石膏包括气凝胶和石膏;所述气凝胶包括亲水改性气凝胶和疏水气凝胶。本发明加入亲水改性气凝胶颗粒后,更容易与石膏浆料混合,相比于未处理的疏水气凝胶颗粒,亲水气凝胶颗粒保温性能更优。同时制备时采用真空混合的方式,避免气凝胶的飞溅以及难以混合问题。
