Aerogel composite material, preparation method thereof and thermal insulation material
The invention relates to an aerogel composite material, a preparation method thereof and a thermal insulation material. The preparation method of the aerogel composite material comprises the following steps: filling sol into pores of a porous geopolymer through vacuum infiltration treatment to prepare a sol composite material; carrying out gelation reaction on the sol in the sol composite material to prepare a wet gel composite material; and carrying out supercritical drying treatment on the wet gel composite material to prepare the aerogel composite material. The aerogel composite material prepared by the method has good thermal insulation performance, the structural strength of the aerogel composite material is obviously improved, the structural stability is excellent, and the powder falling phenomenon is not easy to occur.
本发明涉及一种气凝胶复合材料及其制备方法和保温隔热材料。气凝胶复合材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:通过真空浸渗处理,使溶胶填充于多孔地聚物的孔隙中,制备溶胶复合材料;使所述溶胶复合材料中的溶胶进行凝胶化反应,制备湿凝胶复合材料;对所述湿凝胶复合材料进行超临界干燥处理,制备所述气凝胶复合材料。该方法制得的气凝胶复合材料不仅具有良好的保温隔热性能,而且其结构强度得到明显提升,结构稳定性优异,不易发生掉粉现象。
