The invention discloses an airflow-enhanced roadbed ventilation structure, a composite roadbed structure and a construction method of the composite roadbed structure. The composite roadbed structure comprises a roadbed, an airflow enhanced roadbed ventilation structure and a heat pipe system, the roadbed comprises a roadbed filler layer, a ventilation plate lower leveling layer, a ventilation plate upper cushion layer and a pavement structure layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; a ventilation plate in the airflow enhanced roadbed ventilation structure is arranged between a lower leveling layer of the ventilation plate and an upper cushion layer of the ventilation plate; the heat pipe system comprises more than one heat pipe, and one end of each heat pipe is inserted into the roadbed from the roadbed slope and located below the ventilation plate. The composite roadbed structure provided by the invention has the advantages of resisting differential deformation of the roadbed and improving the rigidity of the roadbed through the ventilation plates, and meanwhile, the heat pipe system is used for controlling middle thaw collapse of the wide roadbed and reducing deep thaw collapse deformation of the frozen soil roadbed.
