The structure comprises a substrate layer and an asphalt layer, the raw materials of the asphalt layer comprise a component A, a component B and a component C, and the mass ratio of the component A to the component B to the component C is 1: (0.3-0.5): (4-6); the component A is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 10 to 30 parts of matrix asphalt, 5 to 10 parts of rock asphalt, 100 parts of fine stone with the particle size of 5 to 10 mm, 30 to 300 parts of fine sand with the particle size of 3 to 5 mm, 0.5 to 2 parts of polyphosphoric acid, 0.5 to 2 parts of propylene/alpha-olefin copolymer, 1 to 3 parts of graphite powder and 1 to 3 parts of waste rubber powder; the component B is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 50 to 80 parts of liquid bisphenol A epoxy resin, 1 to 5 parts of polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, 0.1 to 0.3 part of DT-Y polyether modified silicon and 0.1 to 0.3 part of ethylene bis stearamide; and the third component comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of a curing agent, 0-10 parts of a curing accelerator and 1-2 parts of a coupling agent. Compared with the prior art, the asphalt concrete road suitable for heavy traffic has the characteristics of good compression resistance and high temperature resistance.
