The invention discloses a rapid and safe construction method for a river-crossing support cast-in-place arched beam. The rapid and safe construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a pier column foundation and an abutment body channel frame are constructed; secondly, a main arch support is erected; thirdly, a formwork is installed on the main arch support, and steel bars are bound and installed on the main arch support; fourthly, main arch concrete is poured and maintained, and when the strength of the concrete reaches 85%, a main arch closure section and an arch foot interval groove are constructed; 5, main arch supports below the web arch are reserved, other main arch supports are removed, web arch supports are erected at set positions on the main arch, and corresponding formworks and steel bars are installed; sixthly, web arch concrete is poured and maintained, when the concrete strength reaches 85%, a web arch closure section is constructed, and when the concrete strength reaches 100%, the full-bridge support is dismantled; seventhly, side walls on the main arch and the web arch are constructed, arch filler is backfilled, and bridge deck construction is completed in sequence. The construction process is reasonably arranged, and rapid and safe construction is achieved.
