According to the method, the existing highway bridge is reinforced by the ring buckle type all-round scaffold, then the ring buckle type all-round scaffold is erected on the top of the existing highway bridge to serve as a cast-in-place scaffold, mounting and dismounting are convenient, and the construction period can be shortened.
