The invention relates to the technical field of grouting, in particular to a grouting device for highway bridge construction, which comprises a carrier plate, a charging barrel, a speed reducer, a driving motor, a bidirectional screw conveyor and a piston type high-pressure conveyor, and the output end of the driving motor is in transmission connection with the input end of the speed reducer; a piston cavity is formed in the piston type high-pressure conveyor, the bottom of the two-way screw conveyor is fixedly connected with the top of the piston type high-pressure conveyor, a branch feeding port is formed in one side of the main feeding port, one end of the branch feeding port is communicated with the piston cavity, and a second discharging connector is formed in a discharging port of the piston type high-pressure conveyor. According to the device, the two-way spiral conveyor and the piston type high-pressure conveyor are adopted, when the two-way spiral conveyor works, materials can be efficiently and rapidly supplied to the first discharging connector and the third discharging connector, the two discharging connectors can be used at the same time, and in the later stage of grouting, the piston type high-pressure conveyor can be switched to be used; and high-pressure slurry is quantitatively supplemented.
本发明涉及注浆技术领域,尤其是指一种公路桥梁施工用注浆装置,包括:载板、料筒、减速器、驱动电机、双向螺旋输送机、活塞式高压输送机且驱动电机的输出端与减速器的输入端传动连接;活塞式高压输送机的内部具有活塞腔,双向螺旋输送机的底部与活塞式高压输送机的顶部固定连接,主进料口的一侧设置有支进料口,支进料口的一端与活塞腔连通,活塞式高压输送机的出料口设置有第二出料接口。本发明,通过采用双向螺旋输送机和活塞式高压输送机,双向螺旋输送机工作的时候,能够高效、快速的给第一出料接口、第三出料接口供料,两个出料接头可以同时进行使用,在注浆后期的时候,可以切换使用活塞式高压输送机,进行定量的补充高压浆液。
