Grouting device and grouting method for highway bridge construction
The invention provides a grouting device and a grouting method for highway bridge construction. The grouting device comprises a supporting bottom plate; the grouting barrel is arranged on the supporting bottom plate in a penetrating mode in the vertical direction in a position-adjustable mode, and a plurality of grouting openings are formed in the side wall of the grouting barrel in a penetrating mode; one end of the grouting hose is connected to the top of the grouting cylinder and communicates with the grouting cylinder; the periphery of the grouting barrel is sleeved with the plugging mechanism in the mode that the plugging mechanism can rotate relative to the grouting barrel. The grouting device extends into a foundation by adjusting the position of the grouting barrel in the vertical direction, and grouting is conducted through the grouting opening; the plugging mechanism rotates to the plugging position to plug the grouting openings in all rows, it is avoided that part of sundries or soil blocks the grouting openings in the process that the grouting barrel is inserted into the foundation, and after the grouting barrel moves downwards in place, the plugging mechanism can further rotate to the grouting position, so that the grouting openings in all rows are exposed; slurry in the grouting barrel can flow out of the grouting opening and be injected into a foundation, and grouting work is achieved.
本发明提供了一种公路桥梁施工用注浆装置及注浆方法。该注浆装置包括:支撑底板;注浆筒沿竖直方向以能够位置调节的方式穿设于所述支撑底板,注浆筒的侧壁贯穿开设有多个注浆口;注浆软管一端连接在注浆筒的顶部且与所述注浆筒连通;封堵机构以能够相对于所述注浆筒进行转动的方式套设在所述注浆筒的外周。本发明通过注浆筒的竖直方向位置调节伸入地基中,通过注浆口进行注浆;通过封堵机构转动至封堵位对各列注浆口进行封堵,避免注浆筒插入地基过程中部分杂物或泥土堵塞注浆口,在注浆筒向下移动到位后,封堵机构还能够转动至注浆位,使得各列注浆口露出,以便注浆筒的浆液能够自注浆口处流出注入地基中,实现注浆工作。
