The invention provides a preparation process of an anti-skid ceramic tile, which comprises the following steps: S1, applying a liquid A on the surface of a finished ceramic tile to form a water film on the surface of the ceramic tile; s2, spraying a liquid B on the surface of the ceramic tile treated in the step S1; and S3, baking the finished ceramic tile obtained in the step S2, taking out the finished ceramic tile, cleaning the surface with water, and draining water to obtain the anti-skid ceramic tile. The liquid A comprises a primer and water, and the primer is one of polyethyleneimine or polyvinyl alcohol; the liquid B comprises a modifier and diethyl ether, and the modifier is one or more of maleic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, biphenyl dianhydride and 4, 4 '-diphenyl ether dianhydride. According to the anti-skid ceramic tile prepared by adopting the scheme, an anti-skid coating with micron-sized bulges is formed on the tile surface, the roughness is high, the anti-skid effect is good, the anti-skid performance is greatly improved in a humid environment, and the anti-skid ceramic tile has self-repairing capability and long timeliness after being dried.
