The invention discloses an adjustable telescopic heightening piece device which comprises a base mechanism and a telescopic ejector rod mechanism. The base mechanism comprises a back plate, a fixed sleeve connected with one side of the back plate, and a translation driving mechanism mounted on the back plate; and one end of the telescopic ejector rod mechanism is movably inserted into the fixed sleeve and is connected with the translation driving mechanism. The high-rise building lifting protection platform frame body structure is arranged between a wall attaching support and a building peripheral wall surface, and when passing through a change layer area with inward shrinkage change of the building peripheral wall surface, telescopic adjustment can be conducted, so that the distance between the high-rise building lifting protection platform frame body structure and the building peripheral wall surface can be adjusted, and normal development of a project is guaranteed; and after the frame body climbs through the outer wall of the building and a change layer area with internal shrinkage change, only the device can be telescopically adjusted, so that the distance between the frame body structure and the wall surface returns to a normal position, and the whole heightening piece does not need to be detached and replaced like conventional operation, so that the working time can be saved, and the working efficiency can be improved.
