The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and provides a fabricated silo and a construction method thereof.The fabricated silo comprises a silo foundation, a silo body, a silo top structure and cast-in-place concrete; a plurality of vertical main reinforcements are arranged on the silo foundation in an annular array; the silo body comprises a plurality of annular silo assemblies which are sequentially and concentrically stacked from bottom to top, each silo assembly comprises a plurality of prefabricated blocks which are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction, the horizontal cross section of each prefabricated block is in a sector ring shape, a vertically-through positioning hole is formed in each prefabricated block, and a first through hole and a second through hole are formed in each prefabricated block; the second through holes of the multiple prefabricated blocks communicate with one another, the first through holes of the multiple prefabricated blocks on the same silo assembly communicate with one another, a pouring cavity is formed, and the pouring cavity is filled with the cast-in-place concrete. And compared with a traditional cast-in-place assembly type silo, the construction efficiency is higher, and the forming effect is good. And compared with a traditional assembly type silo, the prefabricated block connecting joints are good in quality, and the overall rigidity and the bearing capacity are higher.
