Fabricated silo and manufacturing method thereof
A silo wall comprises a plurality of stand columns, the bottoms of the stand columns are fixed to a silo foundation, and each layer of silo wall ring of the silo wall comprises arc-shaped prefabricated slabs which are sequentially arranged in the circumferential direction; each arc-shaped prefabricated slab comprises a prefabricated slab body in the middle and stand column connecting sections arranged at the two ends of the prefabricated slab body and used for being installed in opposite notches of two adjacent stand columns respectively, and spring pieces are arranged on the notch walls of the inner sides of the stand column connecting sections. A vertical sealing gasket is arranged between the notch wall of the outer side of the stand column connecting section and the outer side face of the stand column connecting section, and a plurality of metal ring beams which are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction are fixed to the periphery of all the stand columns. The outer side face of the prefabricated plate body protrudes out of the outer side face of the stand column connecting section to be used for being matched with the inner side of the corresponding metal ring beam in a stopping mode so as to limit the compression limit of the vertical sealing gasket. According to the invention, the sealing problem of the longitudinal butt seam of the silo wall of the fabricated silo in the prior art is solved.
本发明涉及一种装配式筒仓,仓壁包括多个立柱,立柱的底部固定于筒仓基础上,仓壁的各层筒壁圈均包括沿周向顺序布置的弧形预制板,各弧形预制板均包括中部的预制板主体和设置于预制板主体两端的分别用于装入相邻两个立柱的相对槽口中的立柱连接段,立柱连接段内侧的槽口壁上设置有弹簧片,立柱连接段外侧的槽口壁与立柱连接段外侧面之间设置有竖向密封垫,所有立柱的外围固定有多个沿上下方向间隔布置的金属圈梁,预制板主体的厚度大于立柱连接段的厚度,预制板主体的外侧面外凸于立柱连接段的外侧面以用于与对应金属圈梁内侧挡止配合而限制竖向密封垫的压缩极限。本发明解决了现有技术中装配式筒仓的筒壁的纵向对接缝的密封问题。
