Installation and construction method for glass fiber reinforced plastic chimney of granulation tower of blast furnace granulating slag system
The invention relates to a blast furnace water slag system granulation tower glass fiber reinforced plastic chimney installation construction method which comprises the steps that a chimney needs to be designed into sections before installation, a vertical section is installed on a steel support, the steel support is fixed to a top platform of a blast furnace, and operation platforms are arranged on the vertical section and correspond to all layers of platforms on the top of the blast furnace; the operating platform extends outwards by 1000 mm by taking the pipe hoop as a central hole, is supported by a steel frame and is paved by a checkered steel plate; the vertical sections are respectively combined into a plurality of hoisting units; hoisting, inserting and mounting in sequence from bottom to top; a skew bridge is installed before the inclined section is installed, one end of the skew bridge is fixed to the granulation tower, and the other end is fixed to the steel support; the A1segment and the A2 segment are combined into a hoisting unit to be connected with a steel structure chimney of the granulation tower; the A3, the A4 and the A3 are combined into a hoisting unit, and the A3 and the A2 are spliced and bonded; the operation platform is built on the basis of the original stainless steel hoop, and the operation platform can be provided for connection between glass fiber reinforced plastic pipelines and connection between the hoop and a blast furnace frame.
本发明涉及一种高炉水渣系统粒化塔玻璃钢烟囱安装施工方法,安装前需要将烟囱设计分节,竖直段安装于钢支座上,钢支座固定于高炉顶部平台上,竖直段上对应于高炉顶部各层平台设置操作平台,操作平台以管箍为中心孔向外扩展1000mm平面,操作平台以钢框架支撑、花纹钢板铺面;竖直各节段分别组合为多个吊装单元;从下至上依次吊装插接安装;倾斜段安装前先安装斜桥,斜桥一端与粒化塔固定,另一端与钢支座固定;A1A2节段组合为一个吊装单元与粒化塔钢结构烟囱相连;A3A4组合为一个吊装单元、A3与A2插接并粘接;A4与A5插接并粘接,基于原有不锈钢抱箍搭设操作平台,可以为玻璃钢管道之间连接、抱箍与高炉框架之间连接提供操作平台。
