Honeycomb aluminum veneer and forming process thereof
The honeycomb aluminum veneer comprises an upper aluminum plate, a lower aluminum plate and a honeycomb aluminum core in the middle, and the honeycomb aluminum core is fixedly bonded between the upper aluminum plate and the lower aluminum plate through a waterproof high-viscosity adhesive film. The adhesive disclosed by the invention is prepared from carboxy nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer, epoxypropane phenyl ether, chlorovulcanized polyethylene, dihydroamine, cyclohexanone, sulfur powder and graphite powder. The waterproof high-viscosity adhesive film is composed of hydroxyl acrylic acid modified resin, polyester resin, a benzene solvent, a silane coupling agent, an isocyanate closed curing agent, tackifying resin, an adhesion promoter and a defoaming agent, and during preparation, the honeycomb aluminum core forming the honeycomb structure can be bonded and fixed through the adhesive, so that the honeycomb aluminum core of the honeycomb structure is prevented from being separated due to external force; and the aluminum plate can be prevented from being separated from the honeycomb aluminum core of the honeycomb structure through the waterproof high-viscosity adhesive film.
本发明公开了一种蜂窝铝单板及其成型工艺,包括上下方的铝板和中部的蜂窝铝芯,所述蜂窝铝芯通过防水强粘性胶膜固定粘接在上下方的铝板之间,本发明中的粘接剂由羧基丁腈橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、环氧丙烷苯基醚、氯硫化聚乙烯、双氢胺、环己酮、硫磺份以及石墨粉组成,防水强粘性胶膜由羟基丙烯酸改性树脂、聚酯树脂、苯类溶剂、硅烷偶联剂、异氰酸酯封闭型固化剂、增粘树脂、附着力促进剂以及消泡剂组成,制备时通过粘接剂可使形成蜂窝结构的蜂窝铝芯粘接固定,避免外力导致蜂窝结构的蜂窝铝芯分离,且通过防水强粘性胶膜可避免铝板与蜂窝结构的蜂窝铝芯发生分离情况。
