Carved aluminum veneer and forming process thereof
The invention discloses a carved aluminum veneer which is composed of a plate frame and a carved aluminum plate, and the carved aluminum plate is embedded in the plate frame and locked and fixed through screws. Connecting pieces are welded to the two sides of the plate frame, connecting grooves and first connecting holes are formed in the inner side of the plate frame, the connecting grooves and the plate frame are of an integrated structure, and the first connecting holes are evenly distributed in the inner walls of the four ends of the plate frame. Carved patterns are stamped on the carved aluminum plate, and embedded side plates of an integrated structure are arranged at the edges of the four ends of the carved aluminum plate. The carved aluminum veneer adopts a combined structure of the plate frame and the carved aluminum plate, during combination, only the carved aluminum plate needs to be embedded in the plate frame and is directly fixed through the screws, the carved aluminum veneer is convenient to disassemble and simple to operate, the plate frame or the carved aluminum plate is pertinently replaced according to the damaged part when the plate body is damaged in the use process, the replacement cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, the aluminum plates with the same size and different carved patterns can be replaced according to the use condition, so that the functionality and the practicability of the plate body are effectively enhanced.
