Lithium battery type track grinding wagon transition device and transition method
The invention relates to the technical field of train track maintenance, in particular to a lithium battery type track grinding wagon transition device and transition method. The transition device comprises a guide rail type sliding mechanism which is fixed in a vehicle cabin and can extend out of the vehicle cabin; the transverse translation mechanism is installed on the guide rail type sliding mechanism and can transversely slide along the guide rail type sliding mechanism, namely the transverse translation mechanism is perpendicular to the extending movement direction of the guide rail type sliding mechanism. The vertical hoisting mechanism is mounted on the transverse translation mechanism and is used for hoisting a grinding wagon; the supporting mechanism is mounted at the extending end of the guide rail type sliding mechanism; the lower portion of the supporting mechanism can make contact with the ground so as to support the extending end of the guide rail type sliding mechanism. In the transition process, only an operator needs to operate the device, simple auxiliary hooking is carried out on a hoisting point of the lithium battery type rail grinding wagon, coordinated dispatching among various equipment machines such as a crane is not needed, manpower is saved, and efficiency is improved.
